An epitaph on Mr George Ellis who died the 3rd Aug 1659 in the 35 yeare of his age. Let us not boast of youth or strength/ of years or howres or of their length/ Loe heere lies one that scarce out ran/ King Davids one halfe age of man/ Yet whilste hee fed on human sence/ He feared God and loved his Prince/ Lets study all whilste wehave breath/ To live this life and die his death.
