Weir at junction of The Serpentine and River Alne. Probably
early/mid C18 with possible earlier origins. Approx. 12 steps
to weir, shallow V-shape on plan, with each arm approx. 14m
long. The Serpentine forms part of the C18 landscaping of
Wootton Park.
All the listed items in Wootton Park form a group.
