Farmhouse, now house. Early C18 with probable earlier origins
and later additions and alterations. Reddish-brown brick in
Flemish bond with Welsh slate roof.
EXTERIOR: 2 storeys with attic to gable, 3 first-floor
windows; 2 ranges to rear. First floor: central 6/6 sash
otherwise 8/8 sashes. Ground floor has central 4-panel door
with overlight within pilastered surround with frieze, hood
and low parapet. Otherwise 8/8 sashes. All windows in plain
reveals, with sills and with flat arches. Eaves band and wide
eaves. Attic has semi-circular window in gable head. Gabled
roofs. 2 internal stacks.
