  4. I Church of All Saints
    In a rural location on the E banks of the River Dee, and set down from B4401. The church is set in a large churchyard, the stone boundary wall probably C18, and with many contemporary table tombs.

    Off a narrow lane on the SE side of the village, on the S banks of the River Trystion.

    Located to the SW of the house.

    Located approximately 1.5km NW of Cynwyd, and reached by a lane which leads from Pont Dyffrdwy.

    Located along a track which runs E off a lane between Cynwyd and Melin Rug, and 1.3km S of Pont Melin Rug. Situated in a lowland position close to the River Dee.

    Located to the SW of the church and forming the main entrance to the churchyard.
  10. II Minafon (Former Pentre Llawen Woollen Factory)
    Located near the SE edge of the village, the N side facing the River Trystion and the S side fronting a lane. The W entrance faces towards Pont Trystion.

    Courtyard buildings adjoining N wing of hall, and projecting to the E.

    Located to the NE of Gwerclas Hall and associated courtyard buildings.

    Located down a short track off the W side of a lane which runs from Cynwyd to Melin Rug and approximately 0.5km from Pont Melin Rug.

    Located off the W side of a lane which runs N from Cynwyd to Melin Rug. The front faces S, the ground sloping downhill to the E.

    Located off the B4401 road, approximately 1.5km S of Cynwyd village.

    Located approximately 40m to the rear of Gwerclas Hall

    Prominently sited at the crossroads in the centre of the village, at a splayed angle to the road.

    Located on the hillside above the River Dee, and reached by a track off the E side of the B4401.

    Reached off the E side of the B4401, and part of a terrace which joins the Blue Lion Hotel.
