1. Robert and Jane Brunts 1676, 1659. Pilastered Classical tablet in slate with stone angel corbel and cornice. To the Memory of Mr Robert Brunts who departed this life the XXIIo (22nd) day of October 1676 Aged LXXX (80) years. Also Janehis wife who departed this life the XX (20th) day of August 1659 Aged XLVIII (48) years. Also two Sons of the aForesaid Robert and Jane Brunts, Rowland their first Son departed this life the XXIst (21st)day of July 1637 Age VII (7) years. Nathaniel their third Son departed this life the XXth (20th) of July 1657 Aged one yeare. Unto them were Borne 5 Sons and 5 Daughters. Above this monument can be seen 2. Jane Heathcote 1809. Marble tablet with black inlay lettering. To the memory of Jane the Wife of The Reverend Edward Heathcote AM. And only Child of John Cock Esquire of Chesterfield in the County of Derby. She died 18th December 1809 in the 39th year of her age leaving an affectionate Husband six Sons and three Daughters to lament their irreparable loss. (Photo Jun 2015).
