Wall paque to the left: 1. Abel and Jane Beaumont 1858, 1854 Marble tablet in the form of a sarcophagus. Sacred to the memory of Abel Beaumont who departed this life 24th January 1858 Aged 65 Years. Also of Jane his wife who died 26th October 1854 in the 42nd year of her age.
2. Rev Thomas and Charlotte Beaumont 1835, 1830. Marble wall monument on slate. Beaumont Arms above an urn on a stand. Two inscription panels below flanked by pilasters. Arms: Beaumont (Whitley, county of York, baronet, created 1628, extinct 1631, derived from Sir William de Bellomont, heir to his brother, Sir Richard, 26 Edward I). Gules a lion rampant argent langued and armed azure within an orle of ten crescents of the second. Crest, A bulls head erased quarterly argent and gules. Motto, Fide sed cui vide. Inscription: Sacred to the memory of Charlotte, the beloved wife of the Reverend Thomas Beaumont of this Parish who departed this life on the 15th day of November 1830 having lived in the undisturbed enjoyment of conjugal happiness with her affectionate husband during a period of 35 years. This monument is erected to the memory of her who in life was ever most sincerely and affectionately beloved and at death most deeply and deservedly lamented by her affectionate husband. Also to the memory of Mary Elizabeth daughter of the above named Thomas and Charlotte Beaumont who died at Nottingham January 10th 1786 in the 9th year of her age. Her remains are interred in the chancel of St Nicholas church in that town. Heu unica. (Alas our only child). In the same vault at the foot of this monument lies the body of the Reverend Thomas Beaumont MA who died 25th August 1835, the faithful and affectionate husband of the above named Charlotte Beaumont. He was descended from the ancient family of the Beaumonts of Yorkshire and for many years was an active magistrate for this county, highly esteemed by his friends and truly beloved by his family. He survived his wife four years, mourning , nor murmering for her loss; but looking forward with joy unspeakable to the moment when through the merits and intercession of our Redeemer, he should be again united to her in the Glory of God the Father.
