South wall of chancel, stone slab, probably set into the floor when made, but now on the wall. Here lieth Interrd the Body of Ann Sacheverell Relict of Robert Sacheverell Esq of Barton and Daughter of Thomas Marshall Gentleman of the same place. She departed this Life 28th May 1754 in the 80th Year of her Age. Here also lieth the Body of Ann Clifton Relict of George Clifton Esq and Daughter of Robert Sacheverell Esq by Ann his Wife. She departed this Life 2nd Oct 1754 Aged 47. (Photo Oct 2014).
