Dexter background black. Quarterly, 1 and 4, Quarterly i and iv, Argent a maunch sable (Hastings). ii and iii, Argent a fess between three pheons sable (Rawdon). 2 and 3, Gyronny of eight ermine and gules (Campbell). In pretence, ensigned with the coronet of a baroness: Quarterly 1 and 4: Argent three lions rampant and a chief gules (Yelverton). 2 and 3, Barry of six argent and azure in chief three roundels gules (Grey de Ruthyn). Coronet of a Marquess. Three crests: Dexter: A bulls head erased sable ducally gorged or (Hastings). Centre: A double-headed eagle displayed gules issuant out of water proper, above and to the dexter the sun in splendour or (Campbell). Sinister: Out of a mural coronet argent a pheon sable issuant therefrom a laurel branch proper (Rawdon). Motto: Trust winneth troth. Supporters: Two bears argent muzzled gules and chained or each holding a ragged staff proper. The hatchment has a bordure gutty counterchanged. The Marquess married Barbara, Baroness Grey de Ruthyn.
